Also present at the eventful celebration was chief guest Jam Khan Shoro, Sindh Provincial Minister for Local Governance, Housing and Town Planning, along with notable parliamentarians, diplomats and business executives.
Delivering a speech in fluent Urdu, CG Toshikazu Isomura on the occasion expressed best regards for the Emperor whilst speaking about Japan’s aid and assistance.
He further promised to promote people-to-people exchange between the two countries, while commending on the establishment of favorable mutual social, cultural and economic ties.
“And we hope to see the relations between both our countries becoming even better in the coming days,” he said.
The chief guest Jam Khan Shoro extended felicitations to the Emperor on his birthday and expressed sincere wishes for his health and prosperity. He also reiterated about the cordial and friendly relations between the two nations and hoped cooperation from Japan in the future aimed at the development of Pakistan, especially Sindh.
