National Command and Operations Centre (NCOC) – Pakistan’s main body dealing with the pandemic – has decided to increase restrictions on activities contributing to a sharp increase in Covid-19 cases in most parts of the country.
An important session of NCOC, under the chairmanship of Federal Minister for Planning, Development, Reforms and Special Initiatives Asad Umer, was held in Islamabad on Monday and attended by chief secretaries of all provinces via video link.
